Use this guide to understand what each module is responsible for, which teams typically own it, and how data moves across the ERP.
HRMS and employee lifecycle
HRMS covers recruitment, employees, attendance, leave, shifts, assets, final settlement, helpdesk, and performance. Recruitment data flows into employee records, while employee data becomes the foundation for approvals, payroll, assets, and resignations.
The employee portal mirrors the operational experience from the workforce point of view, including attendance, leave, assets, project work, tasks, and timesheets.
Projects, tasks, and delivery operations
Projects act as delivery containers for milestones, team ownership, progress tracking, and task coordination. Tasks can be created from project detail pages, assigned to one or many employees, and updated by assignees through dedicated employee work views.
Timesheets connect back to projects and tasks so effort can be tracked against delivery progress, not just generic activity logs.
- Project detail pages support editing, progress updates, and related task visibility
- Employees can update their own assigned-task progress and status
- Task boards and kanban views support operational follow-through
Finance, field, analytics, and support
Finance modules cover payroll, expenses, invoicing, payments, coupons, and subscriptions. Field operations extend the platform for route-based or location-sensitive work. Analytics centralizes reporting and exported summaries, while helpdesk modules handle internal support requests and service workflows.
